This small group hypnotherapy experience is for those who feel ready to stop pushing, fixing, and forcing, and instead listen to what their nervous system and inner voice have been trying to say.
Over five weeks, in an intimate and grounded setting in Honolulu, you’ll be gently guided to release stored emotional stress, soften limiting beliefs, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self-trust and clarity, not through effort, but through regulation, presence, and inner alignment.
Rather than “working on yourself,” you’ll experience what it feels like to:
Settle your nervous system so stress doesn’t run your decisions
Recognize internal signals without second-guessing
Feel more emotionally spacious, grounded, and at home in yourself
Leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected than when you arrived

This is not a lecture, a hustle-focused mindset program, or a surface-level relaxation class.
Each session weaves together:
Guided hypnotherapy (approximately 1 hour)
Tea, journaling, and reflective conversation
A small, supportive group (fewer than 10 people)
A private, nurturing space designed for real nervous system change
Learn self-hypnosis so you can calm your nervous system, access your inner guidance, and support yourself long after the program ends
Integration of the sessions into our day-to-day lives
Sessions run 6–8 PM on February 6, 13, 27, and March 6 in Honolulu (location shared after booking).
